The airline cares for the families of fallen employees and has provided these families with one-time financial assistance. Each minor child receives a monthly allowance of 100,000 UAH until they turn 18. Moreover, at the requests of families of fallen defenders, employees of the company travel to various parts of Ukraine to purchase necessary items for half-orphans, fully covering their needs for clothing, equipment, and footwear.

Care for Orphans

"Ukrainian Helicopters" has taken financial responsibility for 14 orphans. Each child is allocated 10,000 UAH monthly for their needs. The children personally compile wish lists—tablets, computers, furniture, headphones, clothing, kitchen appliances, education, shoes, and school supplies. Company employees also visit shopping centers with the orphans upon request, allowing the children to choose clothing, footwear, and toys to their liking.
