Head of the Certification and Quality Control Service

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective operation of the Certification and Quality Control function in compliance with applicable civil aviation standards, regulations, and internal procedures;

• Establish, implement, and oversee the procedures necessary to ensure the safe operation of aircraft and continued airworthiness, in accordance with the Aviation Rules of Ukraine;

• Monitor the Company’s operational processes and Quality Management System to ensure compliance with certification requirements applicable to the air operator, design organization, continuing airworthiness management, and maintenance/maintenance-support functions, in accordance with the Aviation Rules of Ukraine.

• Coordinate and ensure successful completion of the Company’s certification and oversight processes with the competent authorities;

• Develop and drive improvement initiatives to enhance performance and compliance across all areas of the Company’s activities;

• Oversee the preparation, quality, and proper maintenance of departmental documentation and records.

• Prepare required reports, analyses, and management reviews on the performance and effectiveness of the Quality System.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in an aviation discipline (Master’s degree / Specialist degree);

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in civil aviation in the relevant functional area;

• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian civil aviation legislation and the Aviation Rules of Ukraine, as well as applicable international aviation standards and regulations (ICAO, IATA, EASA);

• Experience working within a Quality Management System.
