Administrative Activity Manager in the Contract Management Division of the Commercial department

A Ukrainian company with a long and extensive experience in air transportation services is searching for a professional, enthusiastic and ambitious candidate (between 22 and 45 y.o.) for a well-paid position as a site manager for a remote job. You will be responsible for the on-site management and coordination of a range of company’s activities depending on the project.

We require:

• Readiness for long-term business trips outside the EU;
• University degree (you must have either Bachelor, Specialist or Master degree);
• Proficiency in English (Advanced);
• Proficiency in Ukrainian, desirable;
• Knowledge of French is not obligatory but would be considered an advantage;
• Category B driving license (preferable).

Main responsibilities:

• Administrative and transportation support for our staff on site;
• Logistics management;
• Interaction with customers and reporting;
• Liaison with local authorities;
• Budgeting and financial reporting.
